Student Examples

Examples of projects created using USF Library digital equipment and resources.

Multimedia projects can demonstrate learning or understanding of a topic in creative ways that text based assignments cannot. This list is not meant to be comprehensive, but we hope it inspires you to approach your assignments creatively and take advantage of the resources USF Library have available to support your project.

“I used a Audio Zoom ZH1 Handy Portable Digital Recorder that I checked out from the [library] for my project. I taught myself Adobe Audition to edit, but didn’t use it in the [digital space], just the downstairs computers in the library. This assignment was for Professor Wayne Garcia’s Fall ’13 Advanced Reporting class (JOU 3101).”

Yolanda Barrios

“I am currently a student for the M.Ed. Curriculum Instruction with the concentration in Instructional Technology and taking 3 graduate level courses: Web Design, Current Trends and Digital Video. I visit the [library] on a regular basis to get help with my assignments/projects for my Digital Video & Web Design class. Recently, I checked out a digital camera to create a video interview.

Overall, the staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and patient since my questions range from easy ones to more sophisticated ones. I am extremely grateful to have such tremendous resources available.”
