If you’re a visual learner, or if you just like graphics, you’ll love the Visual Search feature of the Find It! tool.
From the USF Libraries home page, select Find It! to begin conducting your search. Type in your terms, click search, and get a list of results not unlike one you’ll see when searching databases. At the top of the Find It! page, however, you’ll see options for a Basic Search, Advanced Search and Visual Search. With your search terms still in place, select Visual Search to get “a graphical perspective.” Results can be grouped by subject, sorted by relevance and filtered by date. Click Search and voilà!, your results appear in color, separated by topic, and presented chronologically.
Isn’t researching fun?
