Before submitting a problem, consider some quick browser tips:
Browser issues are common. Sometimes simply trying a different browser solves the problem.
Ensure you are using the latest version of your browser
Pop-up blockers. Some browsers can be configured to block pop-up windows, however, pop-up blockers may interfere with some of the databases you are trying to access. Try temporarily disabling pop-up blockers in your browser if you have them enabled.
