Presentation & Media Rooms
For Students
Currently-enrolled USF students may use a media viewing room for course-related presentation practice on a first-come, first-serve basis. These rooms are equipped with large-screen projectors, computers with PowerPoint and other software, and laptop hookups. Rooms are for practicing presentations only, and may not be used for group study. Check for availability at the Library Services Desk.
Copyrighted material may not be screened in these rooms without an instructor present. By using these rooms, students are acknowledging that they understand the Performance Rights for Media and Media Viewing Rooms and resulting obligations.
For Faculty
USF Faculty may reserve media viewing rooms for their classes. To make your request please fill out the media/room scheduling form. Library staff cannot supervise classes in rooms. Faculty or their TA must be present during scheduled use.
NOTE: Food is not permitted in these rooms.
